sent, and Rommel probably will change the skin too. BTW I'm thinking of making a version with the Captain's shield instead of the Lance, you'd be interested in that? Lol ironic that I'm not on the team yet I've made what? Five models (the three hall varients, the Troll Worker the Cavalry) did I miss anything out? |

Dude, that was fast! Oh, you haven't seen the new readme file that I'll post with new preview yet. You're stated as team member already :) Belive me, the Troll hall was enough already :) Btw.: Captain's shield would be even nicer (and would fit the Heavy Cavalry better). |

ok will do with the shield hmm maybe I should make it longer like in that pic? |

You mean, more... Elven Style? Sure. Ok, the following is a few of the new screenshots. Campaign is now TFT friendly and I have a few maps that already use the new tilesets. Right now I'm thinking of another story twist to put dwarven kingdom of Khaz Modan in, but that 's yet to decide... Anyway, here goes: This is a screenshot of the new Runestone of Caer Darrow, made from the remnants of the Great Stone, wich Orcs destroyed in the second war. The temple around it is the current capital of Caer Darrow, built after the Orcish horde was expelled. |

This is a shot of the Troll base. You can see the new Clan Hall made by Xaran Alamas and also his workers to the left of it. Down bellow, there is a fraction of Troll Port visible (mission objective: Destroy the port). Noticed hay? They are currently here to represent Troll Food Stockages (A new building is being prepared by me). |

There's nothing special about this shot, it's a Gateway to another part of the map (only open if you do something particular in the previous mission). You can see a couple of Undead ships in the bay bellow, preparing to leave (more about that in the story). |

An Undead base with a new Undead unit, the Death itself :) is next. Model made by Tapek, this fella will either be a death sorcerer or a "not-so-undead" hero unit (more likely). |

Following is a shot of Elven Destroyer (Blizzard's model from Frozen Throne Beta, recolored by me) nearing a couple of Troll Destroyers (those are getting a new model too). On the rock in the back you can see an entrance in an Elven base, protected by two Guard Towers. |

Last but not least, lord Silvershield (a High Elven Wizard hero) on the left in the recolored Priest skin (you might notice I use Reign of Chaos priest and Sorceress models with new and old skins - the old models were just better in my opinion). The right model is Xaran Alamas' Cavalry. The fella will be getting a new skin soon, but since Xaran wanted to see him in action soon :D Oh, right, no action here... |

Here's another post of changes that have arrived late in making. I figured it out that I don't really give the player much choice. Though you could select your allies during the play, you didn't really have much influence on the story itself. Thus I'm thinking of adding a third line of events in wich Elves will not fight against the Undead and Trolls as they do in the first two story lines, but rather run south, to Azeroth. The new story might include travel through Khaz Modan (thus the mentioning of Dwarven kingdom in a couple of posts) and battles in Stromgarde, but, as mentioned, this still needs to be cleared up. Otherwise the first storyline maps are almost done and I'll need Beta testers soon. If anyone's interested, send me a PM. I have 15 finished maps, several finished units, several planed units (I'm still looking for a couple of spells, especially for the Trolls - any suggestion would be appreciated),... Oh, if anyone is good enough, I'm looking for someone to draw a map of the Stromgarde/Caer Darrow (together) and Khaz Modan (separated) area. Zul'Aman area would also be recommended, but not required. These would of course be for loading screens, so they have to be as Blizzard-like as possible (take for instance Quel'Thalas or Lordaeron maps for comparison). |

don't suppose this could possibly be of use, I did it a while ago out of the Quel'Thalas and Lordaeron maps in the manual (I should fill in the blanks :-P) ![]() Also guess who's PMing you about Beta Testing... :ggani: |

Heh, I thought so... :) I've been thinking of this map too, but I need southern Stromgarde coast (that's where mission 1 landing is going on) and and Khaz Modan (wich is not on this map). Caer Darrow, Quel'Thalas and Zul Aman should be good, though... |

ah well I didn't actually draw that map, I copied and pasted from the manual I'm not sure how good I'd be at drawing a map but maybe I could give it a try I mean I can get the general shape from the maps in the manual. I'll have a pratice before saying I'll do it for sure though ;) |
