yes, but you use it correctly the player has to change a setting in the editor AS OF RIGHT NOW, but i may be able to change this...

ok this may sound like a dumb question, but I've read this entire thread, and i've read the included txt file (readme.txt) and i have read the TFTWE.txt but I can't seem to find any instructions, nor can I find any exe files. All I see is various folders and text type files in those folders.

How am I supposed to use this? Does it do the same thing as UMSWE3.7.exe, I read something above about some kind of merge, should I just wait for that?

But the most important changes seem to be hard coded, like the tooltip length.... that one really sucks. Lots of things in the ability editor should be more flexible, but whatever, MPQ editing it is.
