Guest | I meant Lord Grompus - you said that he married Artania AND Valeria. :ggani: |

The reason for that is that Lord Grompus is a Snotling therefore his culture is different, from any religion or culture of us humans. Here is a section taken from "Unholy Book of the Cult of the Snotling" 340:736 ThY GrompUs, is they varily to be or not to be thy player. - Slave Sweat Shop Worker |

can we give ideas now??? |
| 02-22-2003, 03:57 PM | #94 |
lol sure you can, but they might not be too appropriate with the story I've got. |

Guest | So wait - can I suggest new good/evil races, hoping that there is any way they are going to be in, or not? And anyway, in what areas do you need ideas? |

hahaha, das I think you have given DK already enough ideas for making 15 Parts! :D (no offense!) |

Well, you could try to edit an ability a bit, and simply slow the projectile speed for that ability, which is shooting an arrow basically, but just not. Anyways, I hope someone makes a TFT Beta Editor right away so you can use those units as well :ggani: In another in-castle battle scene you could use Spell Breakers, like in some High Elven City. Also, I think you DO need Orcs in this story, but in an original way. They need to be evil, but not too evil, and not mindless servants of a greater evil, but not as goody-good-tw-shoes as WarCraft III either. They need to be savage, but not to savage, not bloodthirsty and raiding every town they can find. Cannibalistic Tribes Perhaps? They also need to be smart. Orcs have been portrayed as mindless creatures good only for getting killed for far too long. Species might be a nice addition. ((Note: I use the word Race as a distinction like humans do, Asian, Caucasian, African-American. Not as species, such as Elves and Dwarves.)) Arilash Orcs: A savage race of orcs, they will let no-one into their territory around the Morgulas Marshes. These Orcs are natural Pillagers and will attack nearly anything if it has valuables. They have some crude magiks which do work offensively. Possible Models: Chaos Peon, Chaos Grunt, Chaos Raider, Chaos Kodo Beast, Chaos Warlock, Chaos Blademaster, Grom Hellscream(Chaos) Ocerahar Orcs: Although less savage than their Arliash brethren, they are no less protective of their territory. If it were not for constant attacks by the other creatures on the Lothiras Peaks, this race of Orcs would come close to living peacfully. Possible Models: Peon, Grunt, Raider, Shaman, Kodo Beast, Wyvern Rider, Warlock, Blademaster, Far Seer, Grom Hellscream, Thrall Wicaudan Uruks: Although distant cousins of the Orcs, Uruks barely look like them at all. The Wicaudan Uruks, sharing the Kel'Dorah Woodlands with the Ancient Elves, are Cannibalistic warriors, skilled trackers and adept witchdoctors. They live peacefully only with the Ancient Elves, taking over the forests during the day while it's Elven Territory by Night. Anything else going through the forest will be hunted down by them. Possible Models: Troll Headhunter, Troll Berserker*, Troll Witchdoctor, Troll Batrider*, Troll Shadow Hunter* * = The Frozen Throne Required Also, what about Minotaurs? We have Minotaurs/Tauren and a Minotaur/Tauren Chieftain, and we're getting another Minotaur/Tauren unit, and we have a Minotaur/Tauren Totem. Another storyline idea that will work only with The Frozen Throne is: Kill of Artania(Is it me, or does that sound like Artanis from StarCraft?) and let her return as a Dark Ranger helping the Undead. |

interesting ideas, I might distort em a bit and use some, although I already had a similar idea in mind. As for this Dark ranger Skin, I believe I could make it up myself rather easily. Might try it out, although I probably won't use it. |

Hmmm, another suggestion: After watching all three parts again today, I found that the two Evil Winged Creatures with the Tichondrius Model looked awfully similar, save for their team colour I was barely able to tell them apart. So my suggestion is, take on of them, give him a Normal Dreadlord model and make him a bit larger. |

I liked the part where he said his name was Thomas. He's the only guy who is like a normal person, so you can like bond and connect with him or whatnot if you're into that sort of stuff, maybe there should be a Jamaal. |

Guest | You really should try to use some original races - if you need any race an ideas, then tell me - I am working on my own fantasy world with original races, so I could let you use some of them. If you still need them, that is. And by the way, how about having Gargoyles pursue Thomas, and then, at some point, they form a circle, and then convert to statues, entrapping Thomas, you can have some chase music, and have all the units for that scene speeded up, so it will look intense, and you can have at some point a look from the birdflight(no, gargoyleflight!) height down at Thomas. You can also make gargoyles fly pretty high up, and when they will entrap him, it will look as if they are falling down, and stop at the ground, looking like if they almost crushed. EDIT: Lol, 100th post! |

Guest | So is there any chance you will use any of my races, if they are any good? Oh, and here is an idea - how about having a secret island-city, formed by exiles from many different races and lands, but not bandits, rather the innocents that were exilled for no reason or that left voluntarily. Anyway, it's a city-state where members of different races live in peace and prospery, such as Liberania in my world (the one that I created). Anyhow, it's the City of Many Races, so how about that: :D :foot: :mtk: :WD: :lch: :arch: :infth: :abomHUH?: :santa: |

Guest | Here is another an idea: Frozen Thomas! Make a building with a Thomasish Villager model (and maybe uproot ability and good speed so he could escape when freed), and then somehow use the Frost Wyrm Freezing Breath effect on him, so he will look like if he is under ice. Also, is it possible to make Mountain King's Avatar (:mtk:) the same size he is? Then, you can have a Dwarf hero (:mtk:), or maybe an army of Dwarves (:mtk:) who look like a Mountain King (:mtk:), and you can have Algor say: "Bah! You foolish Dwarves are no match to my black magic!" and then he will lift his wand, or something, or maybe spin around, well, he will do something Wizardish, and the Dwarven troops/hero will stop, and have Avatar, only without enlarging, and also, you can make them freeze totally, so they will look like if they are statues, so it will look like if Algor turned them into stone. You can also have someone remove the spell, so the Dwarves will be free, but Algor will already be too late. You can also have the demons torture their Ancient Elf prisoners at sunlight - you can have a hidden Paladin cast holy light on them, and have it look as if the captivesa are hurt because of this. Also, how about a new skin for Herichima,ro hte other Dreadlord, so it will be easier to tel them apart - I mean, color of Wings and Eyes isn't enough. |

I already suggested that last part about the Dreadlords. |

Guest | No, you only suggested to enlarge one of them. I am talking about Skinning one of them. |
