why was krazysigwhatever unbanned?

In all seriousness, your movies contain mostly storylines, cameras, terrains, and action, but not many cutting edge effects. An example from Part 4 was the massive graveyard scene. Tons of cameras and the blight was cool, but then the skeletons rose out of the ground rather...anti climatically. I would have added more there than just a fade to green, but anyway...

No more ratial debates in my damn thread! Know who I hate? Stupid people! Know who are the stupidest people on the planet? Ones that think that anyone gives a damn about how they feel about other people when they can't even write a clever post about it. Seriously, if ANY of you were actually TRYING to convince the other of your position, you should immediatly go to debate school lol.

Back on topic, my catagories are VERY leniant. Hell, at first I wasn't going to allow unfinished projects into things like Best Total Convertion etc, but we didn't get enough nominations there. The Most Underratted was followed by "(aka shoulda been a mod, but isn't)" as an example, but I can see how that may have influenced people's nominations a bit. Whatever, it's done.

And about the constant "Lack of choices" bull, I've said it before and I'll say it again: Anyone could have been nominated if they had even 1 guy who thought they deserved it. It should also be pointed out that every single time that somebody asked for a nomination, they got it. If this really meant alot to you, you should have asked the public for support.

This can be compared to politics, you can't win without advertisement lol. People have to know you and think of you when the question is asked. I have to admit that in the case of Random that I never even thought about him and I would have nominated him for most underrated, esspecially now lol. There are over 8000 people here and it's hard to remember them all. Obviously people like me who are everywhere and very popular are going to get loads of nominations (I actually think I got the most out of everyone, not sure...) but this doesn't magically exclude other people.

PS: The voting ends next saturday, a week from when it started. I personally won't even know the winners until everyone else does, Wizerd is organizing this. Obviously it's because I'm in the competition so many places, but I can live with that.

PSS: I said it in one of the rules on the front page, but do not vote for somebody just because he's popular. I want this to be a true election. If you vote for a popular guy like Myself or PencilGod or Daemonkiller or Cookie or whatever, please have a reason for it, like an example of their work in your mind that stood out as being supreme.

Well, back on topic. What keither said on the first page was 100% correct. New people dont know about the older people. I dont know what generation i am from, but i know that whichever it was i still new about the legends. But really, this poll took a bit too long to put together. While sign-up was being done, the script shoulda been being created. If we were to go over the list of contestants we have in each award, i believe we would remove a large amount, and add in a few too. And as for underrated, that one is kinda missleading. By the definition of the word, it means someone who gets his undeserved portion, or does something and doesnt get the proper respect for it. But for the definition you gave us, i would have to vote for someone not on the list. I just really dont think that even though they are great in their fields, that we would need more moderators of those fields.

But, atleast this gives us a chance to reconize people, which will make this forum better, and possibly kill off some flame wars. And i dont know how i got into most helpful. I know im helpful, but i didnt think it was anywere near what weaaddar or others had done. Atleast if you got nominated you can feel good that one person liked what you did.

FYI: krazy was unbanned for the purpose of being able to continue his work on the Space Hulk mod, not to cause more trouble. He is not supposed to post outside of that forum, but as long as his posts are not completely offensive, it will be OK.

I will announce the winners on Sunday, but I am not sure how. Maybe it could be an IRC thing first, and then have a page for what the results were. I'm not sure.
