Alrighty, I've done some tweaking to the human techtree and come up with some abilities: # Represents a trained unit. :: Represents an ability. ++ Represents an upgrade. Command Centre - Town Hall. #Engineer #Supply Truck Naquada Generator - Produces Energy & Food. ++Naquadria Generator Naquadria Generator - Produces Energy & Food (more than Naquada Generator). ++Zero Point Module Zero Point Module - Produces Energy & Food (more than Naquadra Generator). Only a limited number allowed. Naquadah Mine - Build on Mineral Field. Barracks - Trains military units. #Marine - Fires a machine-gun. Effective against infantry. ::Grenade - Fires a grenade, dealing area-of-effect damage. #Assault Marine - Fires a shotgun. Effective against Vehichles. ::Grenade - Fires a grenade, dealing area-of-effect damage. #Heavy Assault Marine - Fires a mortar. Effective against structures. ::Grenade - Fires a grenade, dealing area-of-effect damage. Field Hospital - Trains medics. ++Small Arms Training - Give Medics a small attack. #Medic - No attack. Healer. ::Heal - Heals an allied unit. ::Stims - Temporarily increases a unit's attack and speed. ::Medkit - Provides a unit with the Medkit item, allowing it to heal on its own. Academy - Provides infantry upgrades. #Commando - Fires a shotgun at close-range. Very effective against infantry. ::C4 - Destroys a building. Factory - Produces vehichles. #HMMWV Avenger #Abraham #Apache Launch Centre - Produces ships. #UAV ::Advanced Radar (passive) - Allows the UAV to see cloaked units. ::EM-Pulse - Temporarily disables all vehichles and ships in the area-of-effect (including the UAV). #X302 #X303 ::Asgard Shields - Activates asgard shields technology, disabling attack but increasing defense. Laboratory - Provides vehichle/ship upgrades. Ion Cannon - Powerful energy cannon. Fires high-damage but high-cooldown blasts at air units. Missile Silo - Fires various types of missiles. ::Nuclear Warhead - Fires a nuclear missile. High-damage, damage over time. Effective against buildings. ::Toxic Warhead - Fires a missle containing the Tocra anti-Goa'uld toxin. Kills all goa'uld in blast radius. Very high cooldown. ::Shrapnel Warhead - Fires a missle that explodes with a massive shrapnel burst. Effective against infantry. ::Naquada Warhead - Fires an extremely high-damage high-area missile. Only one per Missile Silo. Gun Platform - Defensive Turret. Fires quick bursts of high damage fire at ground & air units. Effective against infantry. ++Surface-to-Ground Missile ++Surface-to-Air Missile Surface-to-Ground Turret - Defensive turret. Fires area-of-effect damage missiles at ground units. Effective against vehichles. Surface-to-Air Turret - Defense turret. Fires high damage missiles at air units. Effective against ships. I haven't got abilities for everything... But... I'm think each type opf marine should have a grenade, not sure which, but I'll see if I can come up with some stuff. The whole Generator upgrade thing isn't really required, but personally I think it's cool. Input? I also figured that Medics shouldn't be trained at a Barracks, but if you don't like my way then we can just lump 'em together. I'll come up with some Lab and Academy upgrades later. Finally, I need you to tell me some more about the X302 (or we could just replace it with a Puddle-Jumper which I know all about). I'll mock-up the abilities later tonight. So, whaddayah think? |

i believe it probably will be non-tiered... kind of like sc terran and protoss; however, there will be more buildings to biuild units from... this is my guess |

good news :D i started to unwrap... and it's working!!!! i'll post screens of the hummer soon... i got an away game today..so i can't work on it further... but i'm almost finished with the turret |

My initital thoughts on Goa'uld: 1) Jaffa have little to no air defense, so I think Death Gliders should be cheap and available early-on. 2) We really need a new generator name. Naquadria is only used on Ha'tak or above class capital ships, not standard bases, but I can hardly hall it the Naquada Generator b/c that's the human one. 3) Hero must be decided on. Personally I don't like the idea of the Jaffa being a hero and the Goa'uld being a unit, but it's up to you. Here's the Goa'uld units I came up with: Citadel - Town Hall. #Jaffa Slave - Builds and gathers resources. #Larva - A Goa'uld symbiote with the ability to control enemies and allies. ::Infest - The Larva takes control of a unit, making it faster and stronger. This ability works on both allied and enemy units. Naquadria Generator - Produces Energy & Food. War Camp #Jaffa Warrior - A staff wielding warrior. Attacks ground units. ::Jaffa Regeneration - Because of their symbiotes, Jaffa regenerate faster than other humans. #Jaffa Grenadier - The Jaffa Grenadier wields a staff weapon identical to that of a Jaffa warrior, but is also equipped with several classes of grenades. Attacks ground units. ::Jaffa Regeneration - Because of their symbiotes, Jaffa regenerate faster than other humans. ::Shock Grenade - Stuns enemy units in the area-of-effect. ::Explosive Grenade - Damages enemy units in the area-of-effect. ::Tak'Unit'Agaminituron - Lays a special grenade on the ground which fires energy bolts at enemy units. #Zae'Tarc - Reconditioned enemy soldiers, Zae'Tarcs serve the Goa'uld as lethal assassins. Starbase #Death Glider - The Death Glider is the standard air unit. Attacks ground and air. #Al'Kesh - The Goa'uld bomber. Attacks ground with bombs and air with energy weapons. Most effective against ground. ::Cluster Bombing - The Al'Kesh reseases a flood of explosives, damaging enemies and structures. #Ha'Tak - The Ha'Tak is the Goa'uld capital ship, with massive amounts of weapons and shields. Attacks air. ::Orbital Bombardment - The Tel'Tac goes into orbit and reigns down fire on the targetted location. ::Shields - The Ha'Tak can activate its shielding, draining power but blocking attacks. ::Hyperdrive - The Ha'Tak transports itself to another location on the map. #Tel'Tac - The Tel'Tac is a transport ship who can transport allied units. ::Hyperdrive - The Tel'Tac transports itself to another location on the map. Staff Cannon - Defensive turret. Attacks ground and air units. |

Naquadria is rare subtitude and Goa'Uld don't know of it existence. Intead of Naquadria they use Naquadah which is same material as stargate.... Same power Naquadah generators are much larger than Naquadria so For example Gliders don't have hyperdrive engines Oh heh speaking with Stargate here it is ![]() |
