bludragn : I'll fix the animation speed problem. About the spell and weapon animations : I need to deal with the replaceable textures; I'll watch this... Nozdormu : I know that portrait animations give weird results, but I don't know why. So for the moment, it'll stay like that. sumting : A) No, you can't since you cannot edit the alpha channel of the texture. Paint Brush cannot save 32 bits bitmaps, so you are not able to use it for sknning purposes. B) The problem of the previous answer entails that problem. |

Problem: Whenever I modify an image in TGA format and then convert it back to BLP format with WC3 Viewer it flips the image upside down. IT also flips the transparent spots of the skin for team colors. I use PSP8... I hope you can fix this, those of us who are more used to skinning with PSP8 can'ts put skins in the game because of this problem. Great Program and I hope you can fix the problem I told you about... |

Download version 2.1 : theoretically, it is fixed. But maybe it is another strange PSP8 TGA format... Please try version 2.1 (latest), and if it does not work, send me the TGA. |

What program are you using to change/save to bmps? To edit skins TGA format is prefferable. |

A new bug has just been identified : the compression quality 100 cannot be used. In fact, the 100-quality compression is the 99-quality compression since in my program it is a zero based quality... So, in order your conversion work, put the quality at 99 and it will work. If you use the quality 100, your BLP won't work in Warcraft 3. This bug will be fixed in the next release. |

Humm... You are totally true : it is darker than in the previous version. It is fixed, and I will release a new version in a few time. I am waiting for KDEWolf's error messages translations, and for Electron's german help translation. |
