About our new season... I tghink its kinda too wide theme. Explain 'something big'. For now Jesters's Dragoon, Jerre's Butcher, pitlord or other demon would fit in this theme, because its big. I would go more with race oriented seasons, not size oriented...

I agree. I came across problems with the whole size issue. It's the fact that we all know the ogre is a big creature, yet there are variations of smaller creatures that make them big. For example, regular gnolls are small normally. However, place a gnoll overseer in wc3 next to an ogre, and you will find they are the same size. Does this mean gnolls can be classified as a big creature, and I can draw one for the MC? See my dilemma?

I think you should do it like someone proposed - go with races which werent part of MC 1 - pandaren, nerubians, goblins, satyrs, dragons (or maybe not), gnolls, ogres, razormanes and so on.

Most of those will be gotten in the Dark forest season...

I just hope no one will hate me if there is a theme change... seeing as it's relatively early...

You know, in modeling section MC isn't even stickied and i think id doesnt even exist in Skinning... Guys, they should have season one results in Modeling long ago, and start demons now, right? But sdeadline is over and i don't think more than 2 people finished their models. This way it will never go to skinning. Looks like real MC exist only on Concept Art forums...

Seeing as WH may not be paying attention to this anymore... and that this theme is really confusing and overlaps a bit with the next...

Anyone oppose a theme change to the creatures of Northrend (excluding dragons)?

By creatures of Northrend you mean Nerubians, Faceless, Unbroken, Dragonspawns, Polar Furbolgs, Tuscarrs, Magnataurs, Ice Trolls, Arachnathids and Wendigos only or Undead as well?
Yeah, that was sarcasm. Still too wide choice imo.

I'd limit it to nerubians, Tuscarrs, Arachnathids, and Magnautaurs.

Only stuff exclusive to Northrend.

Well, except wendigos and ice troll all of them are Northrend's exclusive ;) I still think single race would be perfect. but 'draw Tuscarr/Nerubian/Magnataur' contest is better than 'draw something bigger than human' contest...

I have seen so many posts about what to draw. What creatures are we supposed to accually draw? Is it just northrend exclusive creatures?

The forgotten one and the faceless ones aren't under Dalaran. They are in Azjol-Nerub (the nerubian city). Arthas and the crypt lord guy went under there as a shortcut to the frozen throne. Under Dalaran is where Kael and the blood elves were imprisoned in the human campaign.
