What I mean is that turtles dont seem forest creatores to me. Especially with a hard shiel like that, and that size. They get stuck between trees, not to mention hills/cliffs where they fall down and land on their back to die a horrible death of dehydratation... Thats what I mean, and anyway... Trolls arent smart they dont want a slow turtle they want speed or strength... What is tronger than a bear and whats faster than a thunderbird? |

If we use a bear we could reskin a polar bear. We could also just have a bear that isnt riden by a troll (I dont know if thats what you meant). |

i don't like the bear idea, its more for the night elves, what about a....GOAT!! just think of it!, we have this troll ok?, on a goat, and its riding on it!, a GOAT!:D ....or maybe not a goat:( , what about we have them ride female elves?, no?, well then what about captured dryads?, ok maybe i should be more serious about this:bangH: , they could ride gorgons or red bulls, that would be new in the war3 universe:bgrun: . Well i still think female high elves would be best but i'm not the one to make the choice:( |

What about a boar? |

Its cool, But have you ever played warhammer? Orcs ride boars there.. we need something really original... :) Great idea though |

A spider? they ride bats, so why not a spider? Or like Sen'Jin said; a bull. |

THATS GREAT! Spiders... I think they are really troll like... :) |

I like the goat idea. Didn't the cleric or the necromancer from warcraft 1 summon spiders though? I think riding a spider would be a pretty nasty thing. We dont have to make the animal ridden eithor we could make it be enslaved or something. This might not be a good unit idea but how about this: War Spider More of a heavy damage heavy armor creature. Its skills could be, Devour, ensnare, and maybe something else that lays its eggs in corpses and then summons baby spiders for 60 seconds once they hatch. You could also give them canabolize. |

WHAT!?, we aren't going to use female high elves?!, awww, damn:( |

Goats are domestic animals for humans.. Trolls are wild... Why in the world would trolls ride goats? They like (as I said before) big strong beasts to ride... IF they are riding something... A goat is... how should I say... a lame grass eating domestic bearded weenie... And where do we get a goat model? Malfurion rides a stag... :S |

I was just kidding about acctualy using a goat, although you could reskin a stag and make it sorta look like a goat. But goats are pretty tough in real life, they can get pretty big and pretty strong. |

Yes thats true.. but still there is the fact that I dont see a forest troll riding a goat. The only creature 'lame' enough to do that is a goblin or a kobold... |

a spider? A lion? A BIG snake? |

As I said a spider is a great idea... :) ![]() |

Why dont we start from the bottom? what will we use for a "peon". I was thinking a laborer or a servant. And what will we use for the teir 1 fighting unit? We could use just the basic forest troll but we should call it something else. |
