You need No Doodad Limit Patch, not WEU. Most things in WEU can be accomplished via a long trigger in WE or some JASS, so its not much of a big problem.

wow...the frist time i lookedat WEU it was boring and hard to use, but this looks cool, i think i'll use this, it might really help me *finish* maps, which i have not done so far, ever.

I got a question, what is the status of WEU 1.15's compatibility with 1.17?

Can WEU be used with 1.17 right now, or are there some issues?

There seems to be an issue with buff and other spell art. Envenomed weapons has stopped working for me (someone else reported this too), I can't change the buffs for some spells. Maybe it's caused by missing WESTRINGs?

First comes compatibility. I don't think I'll add anything new in this hotfix.
Regarding your question in that other thread: Your 1.15 maps will work with the 1.17 editor and game as well as soon as my update is installed.

Well in this new patch blizzard made magic immunity block bash. I think this is retarded and it totally screws my map. And theres a bunch of advanced constants true/falses for spell immunity but none for bash! think you can make one?


Also is there anyway to make it so the dimensions dont have to be "Multiples of 32"? That really pisses me off.

Here it is, the 1.17 version of WEU: Download the Installer

1. Uninstall the old version of WEU
2. Delete the WEU folder if some files still remain
3. Install the new version
4. Have fun!

This is mainly a compatibility update, there are no major additions. New in this version:

- 1.17 units, triggers and abilities work
- No-Limits patch works with the 1.17 editor and also removes terrain size limits
- The Add Hero Glow function also works with shape shifting abilities now
- Fixed the hero save code to work with higher levels than 140
- Added a complete list of available lightning types for the Create Lightning trigger action
