when i create a new map or edit a map, if i add advanced triggers, when i try to open the map. It says that the trigger data is missing.

Did you click the "Optimize" Button after activating the Advanced Triggers ?

the problem might be a bad war3map.wtg file in the MapImoprted folder of your WEU folder.
You may try to check if it's correct or replace it by a valid wtg file.

yes and it says that you only need that if your using advanced upgrades

You should put something called position units. You can use it and positions units anyway you wants, just look at AOM fan sites since how useful it is. If you don't what I'm talking about go to www.aofiles.com or aom.heavengame.com

could u tell me why my WEU stops working after 5 mins??? and if u want more info i could just tell u that I cant open it any more it just starts to do massive lagg is it something with my comp it have never been like that before??

when i am in a "point" trigger dialog, I don't see it, I see the "Random point in Rect" but not for a region ?
