Cartoony, Anime and Sketchy. i don't enjoy realistic pics too much, nor any other types. Anime i like mostly just because sometimes things can look stranger or funnier with anime :ggani: *EDIT* and about your sig feral_demon24...... :reallyang |

id go with realistic, but my realistic drawings usually have a hint of cartoony-ness to them. (when i try to draw something in real life, it always looks more intense and comic-style... or so i'm told. emote_confused ) |

i dont like to realistic it tends to look boring , that demon hunter some guy posted is not realistic lol ,u guys got realistic drawing all wrong realistic is like life drawing , portraits , etc.etc.. and i dont like to cartoony and anime i tends to look flat its hard to explain but i like things that real but still unreal like cartoons with realistic lighting and texturing (u guys probally dont know what im talking about) a good example that movie shrek , yah i know shrek is computer rendering not drawing but shrek is the only thing i can think of now , its still cartoony but has alotta depth and realisim , like realistic cartoons i have some pictures of what im talking about but im not alowed to post it without the artist written consent (dont wanna get sued =() |

Master Samwise's Demon Hunter is more on the sketchy or illustrative side...realistic is more like trying to draw a cup or a person and make it look like it actually exists...Master Samwise's reminds me more of those American Superman comics than a portrait. Anime and cartoons can be realistic...I think the main problem with most of you is that you've only been exposed to anime made for age 12 and under... I draw anime, realistic, and sketchy. I can't say I draw cartoony because I'm too much on anime to do that sort of stuff. |
