Charged bolt - Diablo 2 spell - Bolts of lightning move outward from the caster, moving and twitching around randomly between a region shaped something like this:

The bolts of lightning cant move outside of this regoin.

Description: This involves two characters with two abilities. One character, the Blinder, has the ability to "blind" enemy units, so that their allies no longer have shared vision with the affected unit for a period of time. The other character, the Seer, has the ability to cast "sight" on enemy units, so that the affected unit reveals an area around wherever he travels for a period of time. Whenever either character casts his ability on a allied unit affected by the other's ability, the spell is lifted.

Ok, I got a great idea, but I'm not sure if it's possible with simply triggers.

Description: These are two abilities. A hero unit called the Astral Walker has an ability similar to wind walk, in which he turns invisible, has increased movement speed, and has no collision, so he can move through trees and obstacles. But, when he uses this ability, some strange weather affect occurs such as heavy fog and darkness, which ONLY he can see as he travels through the implied "astral plane." On top of that, A Creep (think Cthulu or some demon), that only the hero can see or be attacked by hunts him while he is in the "astral plane" state. As his final, the Astral Walker summons this Monster (think sludge monstrosity scaled to 3.0 with the tentacle ability) for a short period to the real game world-- where everyone can see it and be attacked by it--, in which it attacks anything in its path, allied or enemy.

Quakewave
Ability Base: Hero
Based upon: Impale (Crypt Lord)

Effect: An Earthen hero (golem) slams the ground (pound ground animation) and a rush of rocks spew forward in a line. I hope to have the rocks actually raise up from the ground and receed back down again, much like the impale animation. (That's the part I'm having issues with, so far, they just "appear") This would also allow them to fly up in the air, as if the rocks launched targeted units, and land, being stunned.

Just so no one else takes it and one of our works is rendered useless, I'll say that I've got Quantos's Train Unit, and so I dont double-post Ill just upload it on this post.


Well, here it is. What I did was make them have to walk up to the building and upgrade (sacrifice was being subborn ,"Unit can only be an acolyte"...) There seems to be a wierd bug that makes you be able to upgrade anywhere, but Ill get around to fixing that. Anyway, the upgrade itself works well.

Corpse Explosion

The Caster blows up a nearby Corpse dealing Damage to nearby Enemy Units.

Well I requested this because I don't really like the Corpse Explosions in the DL Section and I wanted to have a really cool one, hope someone can do it. ^_^

[edit]: Well I realised how easy it is to make a Corpse Explosion Skill. I think I'll post mine soon.

Corpse rotation / i dunno

a spell where a series of corpses are raise and rotate very slowly around the caster. When the caster is attacked the damage is diverted to the floating corpses. Once one corspe has been killed the damage will transfer to one of the remaining corpses.

or fire traps.

Triple Hit
It would be like a storm bolt/impale
but it would shout 3 of them to hit 3 targets at once

I would be able to make some of these spells better if I could get a complete listing of the BladeMaster's animations, since he's my primary guinea pig. After I got this list, I could complete all the spells ive been working on.

Thanks a lot. I'll be able to post up some spells tomorrow because I'm on my laptop right now and won't be home until around 12:00 tomorrow. So I'll finish up my spells then, expect around 2 or 3 by 1:00.

whoa? someone's still working on my jump spell?! lol
ah, also, this part should be simple, is it possible for you to make it so that the unit that casts this spell would evade the attacks that were launched at it?
<my attacks are artillery based, meaning they can only hit if it actually touches the unit>
