Actually, the end of the old frankenstein quote is more along the lines of "Oh God, I finally know what it feels like to be God!."

I just finished watching it and all I will say is this:

Oh.
My.
****ing.
God.

This rocks. I have never seen half the stuff in your movie even attempted. A lot of great effort went into this and a lot of great things came out.

It earns 100/10. Great Job :D

My map is 8.4 Mbs, and being 4 times the max definatly disqualifies me from putting it here. That's why I had to go through all the trouble of getting DanMage1 to host it for me. I'm glad that everyone so far has liked it. Be a buddy and tell all your friends to download it too :ggani: !

Hey, when the lowest score anyone has given me is a 9/10, I'm happy! My next project-in-planning is a campaign. The gist of what makes it different form other people's campaigns is that it's an Undead Campaign where you get your entire army from corpses, rather than Gold (Yeah, I'm sure ghouls use it to buy toothbrushes lol). You can raise skeletal warriors, archers, or magi strait from a corpse, and then using magical gems you can imbue them with elemental powers to become even stronger! You'll also have the pleasure of playing as a Necromancer that I plan on skinning and doing the voices for, so you KNOW he's gonna be nuts!

--The main problem with my new campaign so far has been this: How the f#ck do I refer to the target unit of an item spell? I don't think this is possible, and there aren't exactly that many ways of implementing a transformation without having bugs. I may need to give the skeletons abilities that allow them to transform, only enable them when the hero has a gem, and then remove the gem when the ability is clicked. It's little things like this that drove me to cinematics in the first place lol! There I control everything, and I don't need events OR balanced heroes!

PS: I'm pretty sure I'm right about the Frankenstine quote btw because the Doc was talking about the inconceivable feeling he got from creating life and that God must've felt the same way when he did it (He didn't consider himself as an equal to God or anything). Still, I'm not willing to argue over it, since it's not like I have a copy in my DVD player right now.

I dunno if it is possible to see the target units of spell items, but I would say try this:

Issued Order targeting a point as an event.

Then make a condition that will check to see if the item's name is equal to the order.

I havent tried this, and I don't think anyone else has either, but like when units get trained order thing, I think it's worth a shot.

I watched the movie today, and I have only one complaint.

IT WAS TOO SHORT! :////

10/10, remarkably well done :D

Fear Factor, thanks for trying, but that doesn't work. It was my first guess. I made it display the text of the Order strings, and nothing even appeared. I think that Blizzard may have some other means of telling this, but they never put it into the editor.

PS Albino: Too short? It's nearly 30 minutes! This took me three months to make lol (Well, not all in one run, but I started this the week I got Wc3). Oh well, I guess next time I do one of these I'm gonna have to go for 2 hours (And do you have any idea of how hard that would be??????? lol)

I rarely throw around compliments, but this was a great map. A lot of detail and thought were put into it, and I can only imagine how long it took to construct and debug. I liked the poor water elementals trying to put out the castle fire, very original; among the other things.

Too bad they don't pay us for these kinds of things, I'd say that ending was much better than the one Blizz packaged in their credits.
