I still don't quite get it. It would help you immensely in making both the female and the male figure.

Pre-sketching should enable you to make more dynamic poses. And then your drawings (w/o color) will look less flat.

Like dude... seriously... Show me a drawing that you pre-sketched for.

And nudity does not = porn... Just keep it to the basic figure.

and yes, like icbm incredibbly suggested ... presketch, dont do like a novice and start drowing something without thinking if its right or if the proportions are good. of course it takes more time but it can get significantly better. take a model or maybe no..tutorials perhaps if you didnt took none ( i think you saw head tutorials beceause yours are nicely shaped ) or do like some artists who never took them and learned by observation. try taking auto portraits of pictures or of a friend in front of you. look at other artist's creation (comics, paints , digital paints) and try determinating what methods they used. i continiously wishes the best for you

Thx, i do took tutorial on head at the very beggining i started drawing, a shame i lost my compass, it was helping a lot for nice circles but well it must be somewhere, ill try presketch some positions and see wat i can do about that, face posing is kinda getting boring

To find your pose, you gotta think it up in your head or have a picture reference (domai i dunt remember they had really dynamic ones) and draw your figure on paper by starting with simple shapes, trapeze, circles, rectangles, squares. So you know approx where all the parts go (hands, feet, face, waist) and then you curve the lines or define them. But the process of good drawing is very hard since every artist have a diffrent way and that way may even change from time to time. All I can say is take what you like from what we say to you and find your own method.

Chrono and DBz is the same artist. The hair is ok the eyes need work and his hands are still small. If your going for a dbz style (i started from that) well add folds like he does... details are important!

oh man i got an idea for reference, ill take all my books out i got approximatly $750-800$ of manga books, i got the whole fly serie 37 tomes in tota 37 x $15 each + around 20 dragon ball (dragon ball suck, i got thems since im like 8 years old lol) but fly really kickass

hahaha Jesus man i stil didnt found it, you guys will never believe what ive found... 2 1998 flawless calendar, pictures of me when i was 10 years old and lots of crap like that, that was deep into my desk there i got pictures from calendars, also scanned 2 fly book cover (btw theses book open from the left instead of the right)

Hmm.. I don't think pre sketching will help actually. You don't quite know proportions yet. I'd say go look at people for awhile to learn how long an arm is in comparison to blah blah blah. One other thing is, you seem to be drawing very very small pictures. It looks like you had to cram the lips in and it was hard to control a pencil in such a small area - if that's the case do yourself a favor and draw bigger. Anyhow, one thing I think *will* help, is draw lighter, it's considered presketching I guess. Lot's of beggining artists draw so dark and they can't erase.

hmm actually if you are talking about the girl drawing yes it is small but decent size, i pass over and over some times, actually i draw lighter with a H pencil and once done i use my mechanical HB pencil, its darker because of my scanner, if you look carefully her arms are not by far from real proportion, like 1 cm or less from the real proportion her legs are a bit longer than the arms so its ok, its meant to be anime but turned in sumthing else

what i like to do is work on sections, when i first started i figured bodies would be too much trouble for me, so i did portraits and junk, till i got great at those i then did bodies, and since i was great at portraits my heads were of no problem, so i worked on bodies... then details, designs, and last wrinkles...

I just looked up hentai on dictionary.com, it means perverted in Japanese.
However Carebear, I disagree I think the arms should drape lower.
