WT 18: Lone Outpost

that tower seems more suited to the doodad inovation WT, but brillaintly new. the only proablem being it looks bad from underneath with no underside to the rocks

Yeah I'm trying to fix it with a ring of barrels around the area where its noticable.

Well, I took a go at making an outpost. This is the first time I actually tried using the raise and lower tools to a noticable scale.

Please comment on it...

Looks great, but you need more in the middle, btw, what are those walls made out of, tables and....what? looks good.

Updated it, added a new wall to mine and opening a passage from the mountains.

@bur: i think the gate for going through the wall is kinda small... maybe make it bigger? Also, about the tower, maybe use the barrels/tables/stone, to make a spiral staircase instead of ladders... since they 'ARE' using those windows in the side right? ; D

They're Wooden Pillars.

Well I do have a sub level for the windows, the reason I used ladders is because I was gonna path it. But when I was, I noticed how ridiculously small the area in the tower would become so I decided not to. Heres 2 shots of the inside.

Bur, you are one of the greatest terrainers of all time, next to Gitlich, and Reinless, and the occasional mindblowing terrainer that comes up. I love your tower. It's so amazing.

yeah i made this but it aint that lone its more like a mountain top cafe or something but i like it ... a bit....

Bur, that is a really good utilization of that rock doodad. It makes the tower look more real. I think I'm going to have a go at this. Hopefully mine will stand up to Bur's outstanding outpost. ;)
