C'mon, let's stop it. We all like Oinker because he does great things for everybody on the forum, Shadow_Strike your post might have been understood as an accusation against him (that's the way we understood it), you've made things clear, so no one will accuse you again. I think you should remove what is on your sig Shadow_Strike, that would be an excellent reason for people who give easilly bad reps to give you one. I mean, you might think someone is a morron, but not keeping it for yourself is not hypocrisy, rather wisdom. Maturity (if that matters to you guys I'm far beyond peuberty) means also to be able not to get angry too fast. It's the best way to avoid conflict (as long as you can stand it) and people would not flame at each other that way if you didn't react so fast.
Sorry for being such a "you should do this and this and that..." (don't know the English proper name for it), but I hate to see how fast people get mad at each other here. Are you children ? No. Then show it and stop this please.

at least it better than the rest of thr world, thats got to have a average mental age of 7. theres an idea, WC3C for world dictatorship. at least we'd be a little better off

funny thing bout america... you get get mechanics to fix the radio, but they just take it out and replace it lol, they cant do anything useful

Hrm. Interesting ideas in this thread. Obviously the rep system isnt working. I think what we need is people to be able to say "This rep is pointless". Then after 5 votes like that the rep is just removed.

Ehm. It seems that every discussion of rep has turned to a "rep is bad" sort of thing, not a flamewar, but you get the point.

i think ppl should leave a comment unless its EXTREMELY obvious y they got a negative or positive point

example, a super-good tutorial, or major bad flaming or spamming

I have an idea. Make rep say who sent it to get rid of the rep spammers.

I have a bad rep saying BIG LIMEY!, One that says Damn stealers! when I never stole anything, One that says Rep spam, hope you get banned, 2 thats says nothing.

I was one of the people who magnum was talking about. We simply asked for something, in a REQUEST forum! The perosn who i will leave nameless said that he would not be doing what we asked because in an earlier post he said he was "kinda busy at the moment". So i though "fair enough". but it wasnt enough to refuse, many of us were flamed cursed at, and i dont know about them but i recieved 2 bad reps from the same person. wth?! I think the reputation system is good the way it is, save that those who abuse it should not be able to use it. just look in my profile. All of my reps are negative with no comment, or a comment that gives me no clue as to what THEY think i did wrong! if you are going to give me bad rep then at least do me the favor of justifying it! ok my rants over.

Its funny to see you all try to justify these examples. You accused Oinkerwinkle of giving you bad reputation. He didn't. And you got bad rep for that said accusation.

I wasnt refering to malicious as in deliberatly offending other members. i ment malicious as in only with the intent to waste spave., if you see that as WC3P2's intention, thats a perfectly valid opnion. but i just can see how this is his intention by any streach of the imagination. there are often mearly humerouse remarks that one would make in typical convorsation. pehaps theyre not perfectly suited to forums. but some people juat talk like that. call it a force of habit if you will.

Justify what situation? I was just angry because all my bad reps didnt give me a reason for me getting them. i dont think that requires any justification.

not just trying, succeding. I got a rep recently for critising goongoon16 for saying if youre not american you should express your opinion here. go on, justify that bad rep.
On top of that the comment was get some balls. becasue me expressing my opinion, and not keeping quite because some moron says so is clearly an act of cowardice.
