Adding User Names to Rep Tickets

For all those who oppose the rep system, look at the thread "My 3d Workshop" in the model request forums. In there is at least 3 people (myself included) who lost at least 15 rep points simply for requesting a model (some of the red reps can't be seen due to other reps but they are still there). I looked through the requests and I didn't see a single flame, troll, spam, hateful/obscene remark, or link to seedy site that would justify a rep loss. These people did make the mistake of not paying attention to some posts (I made the mistake of reading the rules stated in the first post and then making the request and I'm guessing that's what happened with some of the other people). What's worse is that there isn't even a valid reason on many of the red reps in that thread that explain why whoever did it cut the reps. If any of the moderators who oppose the rep system are around, the thread I mentioned should provide great fuel to the anti rep arguement since you guys can more effectively convey the problem to Draco or the other site creators.

I have been clearing up "iffy" reputation points. Please leave reasons for giving bad rep or they may just be deleted as spam. And we (I) do care about what you think of this, but I don't feel like throwing it all out, or drastically changing it when things don't seem right for everyone yet.

Maybe the only thing that this rep system needs in order to be abuse resistant is that a reason for red reps must come with the rep. The reason however, must be selected from a list of reasons which includes the following.
1. Flaming
2. Trolling
3. Spamming
4. Hateful/obscene/racist comments
5. Links to seedy sites
6. Advertising
This suggestion shouldn't be very extreme and not very labor intensive for moderators. I've read about some pretty pointless comments attached to red reps such as WTF's wrong with you, cutting your rep, (insert name) rules (censored), or a bunch of useless letters and the listed reason system should take care of that specific abuse as well. I'm glad to help improve this site in any (if somewhat limited due to relative lack of computer literacy) way I can. :>

I've been giving good rep out to people for no reason, Just to make people happier.

I usually give rep to those who have grey and/or complain about it... I hate seeing grey... And It makes one feel good to be giving people good rep.

got from -64 back up to 56. but this is proof of the falw in the rep system, im only 2 points behind Lord Vexorian. thats just fiundamentaly wrong

Btw, I just dreamt up (literally) a good idea for rep. One thing that would be nice is if only one negitive rep can be given for a post. People dont deserve to be rep spammed because they had one bad post. Additionally (also in my dream, yes, I have wierd dreams) +reps should count for more than -reps. Actually, now that I think of it, only one of the two should be enabled. Meh, there has to be some way, but now that I have all these shiny reps I dont want to just cancel it (naturally)

Edit. Oops, just me being ignorant. My other idea is actually pretty good, though (Thats what I think anyway)

+ve dose count for more rep. i think someones -ve rep power is half that of their +ve

I dont know about you guys but ive seen a pretty big change in how many red reps there are now. i guess its cuz the mods helping get rid of unreasonable reds. ive just been helping some people out by giving out a bunch of green reps.

I get rep once in a blue moon and give it numerous times per day, usually. :\ I know I've helped people...they just dont give any rep. I really wish people would take 4 seconds out of their lives in order to make someone else a little happier.
