What I meant is you can share models, like "if you've done a facehugger and I've a chestburster, why don't we make an exchange?", you could save time and work that way. |

armel, what are matrix and ices? i looked in the forums but i couldnt find the answer. ninja, your models are very good, but high poly. the queen is 1900 polys and the runner is 1400. thats alot, you mind want to reduce it. |

so, should i skip the matrix part? and with the part of geosetid and geosetanimid. geosetid is 1 and geosetanimid is none. it isnt 0 so should i still edit these parts? |

Well First I started from the face hugger but then I got addicted to it and I made The face hugger on head... Then I made the Egg and then the predator and then the predalien and then the Queen and last the runner... Thanks for your compliments I think too that they are good... Well my milkshape expired now But... I adjusted my computers date to yesterday and then back to today and it started to work again Im making my last model now... Il post it when its ready ^_^ And Armel too bad you cant connect to internet and help Windrunner... I cant help him cause I dont Know a Sh*t about the animating on milkshape and its the only modeling program I have |

yuo can also download gmax. its a stripped down version of 3ds max. but it can do almost everything 3ds max can do. and it doesnt expire! you can download it here: www.dicreet.com EDIT: oh btw, semetric is that the model is the same at all sides. you made the alien like hes crawling. you can better make the tail straight and the rest of the body the same. so it is the same at both sides. |

OK, I've corrected the mistake: I had written "matrix, or ices" as an abreviation for "matrix, or matrices" (i.e. one matrix or several matrices), sorry for not being clear. Don't skip the matrix part: I've just taken a look at the alien model, and his first geoset (the one you'll get rid of) uses only one matrix with one bone (2), and since this matrix is not present in the second geoset's matrices list, what you can do is just add 1 to the two numbers before "Groups" in the second geoset (which is now the first one, since you should have deleted the first one) and add this line: Code:
