Someone Help me animate these...
I made this model from avp2 ( Queen ) and skinned it but I dont know how to animate it on milkshape ^_^

Are you asking for information about how to animate them or do you want someone to animate them for you? If the first, then take a look at the tutorial built into Milkshape. If the second, then this goes to the requests forum.

And if this someone has time I ask him to tell me some important things how he did these...

I want an animations: stand1,stand2,walk,Attack1,Attack2,
Splash(Tail attack),Death,Decay,
Spell1(The queen roars) ...
All these If possible...

I know there are people out there who could help me!

well, nobody can animate it, you only posted bmp files. no mdx or whatever.

Well ... Any of the Wc 3 models dont have the kind of skeleton or animations to fit on the Queen...

Well The ghoul fits the most of them ...

you need bones to animate them. i dont know how to do it in milkscape. there should be some tutorials for this.

Windrunner, it's a thing that can be done in mdl too: change the model's size so it is at the same scale as the ghoul in vertexmodify, then replace in the ghoul's model the main geoset with this one, from the beginning to just before the matrices part, and remove the other geosets. Then you'll have to fix the vertexgroups used by each vertex by hand (less long than I thought).
Once this is done, you can add some bones for the tail and reanimate them.
Sorry I can't do it myself, too busy. However I can explain you more precisely if you haven't understood everything I've said.

it would help if you explain it some more, im in mdl just a week.
btw, if i open a mdl in vertix modifyer, i get only something like this:

so i asked oink, but he hasnt aswered yet. well, he did, he said i have to change the period and decimal. but the problem is i cant find regional and language. i have XP and i did exactly what he said but i coulndt find it. so if you could help me with this to it would be totally awesome. and i give you rep ofcourse ^_^

I've got a French Professional version of XP but I figur it must be at the same place (yet I had to guess when translating French names). Go to "Configuration pannels" (the place where you can set most parameters life those of your internet connection, sound, mouse, screen...). You'll either see a white screen with many icons or a blue one with about ten icons. If you're in the second case, click on the left part of the screen on "use the classical presentation" (or something like this, clicking this sentence will switch you to the presentation of the configuration pannels used in previous window versions).
Now that you have this white screen with many icons, find an icon named "regional and language settings" (it should have an earth-globe on it), double click it, a new screen should open.
Go to the "Regional options" part, click "customise", then in the new screen go to "numbers" and for "decimal symbol" choose the dot (.) instead of the coma (,). Click on "apply", then in the previous screen on "apply" too, and it'll be done.

What I explained in my last thread is you can animate a model by replacing the geometry (geosets) of another model with this model's geometry. You'll need vertex modify though, and it's late now in France, so tell me when you've managed to have vertex modify work and I'll explain you again.

still cant find it
there are 3 globes, one with a cable in it( lanconnecties), on with a pc(internet connecties) and one on an standard(land options).
i tried all but none had anything with numberes. the land options had something with languages, but you could only delete and add languages.

EDIT:i already found it, i had to adjust my language or something, but now i got a screen wich says decimal, so ill change that now to a dot.

I think it is definitely the 3rd one (after all I'm not asleep yet :p ). You must go to "regional options", not "languages" (it's at the top left part of the "land options" screen).
