i use photoshop 7.0 i think... and theres and little thing in the layers window(NOT in the toolbar... the window that shows the layer) of a little f thats in a circle.. you click on that and you use outer glow along w/ some shadowing that makes it glow like that.. but im not sure how 5.0 works:bgrun: |

There arent much differences between Ps 5 and 7, I've been using them both. A simple way to have your text glow is to go in layer/layer style/outer glow. Of course there are many ways to achieve the same effect but for beginners it's the best. |

I use this: - Make some text - When you're done, right-click on the layer and choose 'Rasterize layer' - Select your text (preferably with the Magic Wand tool) - Go to Select >> Modify >> Expand and choose a value that suits you (I normally use 10) - Go to Select >> Feather and put in the same value (that would be 10 too) - Get the Paint Bucket tool, choose a new color, and then fill your outer glow with some color! It can be done much easier, and much more difficult, but this is the way I do it mostly! Tip: Experiment with the Feather tool! Try different values for great results! ~ Nuladion |

This my be old but I have a BIG suggestion for your waterfalls, add fog at the bottom, waterfalls AWAYS have fog at the bottom, they look wrong without it |
