Nice job Tylor, ^_^ but who are the ambushers? The spiders?

Is 12 am at noon? I thought it was at midnight..

Edit: Yes the ambushers are spiders two gigantic ones from the water and then there's like 50-100 smaller ones and 3 more large ones at the mountain, could be hard to see them though because of all the fog and the shrubs are concealing them at the foothills.

Edit2:There are 58 orcs and ogres while there are 5 gigantic spiders, and 151 giant/black/forest spiders

Edit3: Gitlich did you add any ambushers in the last ss, because I can't find them then, but I suppose that's the idea of it. gj

I need help, I wanted to add fog to my map and I only know how to do it with triggers and couldn't get it to show up with triggers. That white is the sky and I was hoping to have fog to make the white slowing fade in but I couldn't get it to work! Can someone please tell me how to put fog in and once I figure it out I will redo all the images.

fade in? basic fog is done in the; scenario > map options window. click use terrain fog, then you can choose a colour. increasing the differance between the Z start and Z end values makes the fog thinner if you need it. hope this helps

quite good. but it could do with some more tile variation. add some rcok (perhaps the one form lordearon winter) to the slops of those little hills the drawves are on. take a dirt tile, and useing the size 3 brush, run it down the middel of the vally to crate a path, then take a rougher dirt tile, and useing the size 2/1 brush (always circle) run down the middle of the path you just made to add variation. you might then want to add tiny patches of grass or dirt under the tress

So, what do people think of my one then?

It's good but you forgot the fog and you got some floating doodads(2 what I could find in a quicky), but I really like the corn fields it kind of remembers me of jurrasic park where the raptors attack the expedition at the high grass fields. Then I think that the archers are standing to close(the ones that are not on the plateau) to the undead.

Edit: I've typed a word twice.

Well, it's not like it's absolutely necessary to have fog, you know. But thanks for the comments anyway.

Umm... would you mind pointing out those floating doodads? I can't actually seem to find them... :\

I didn't put tile variation because I mean if its winter time and you go outside during a blizzard the ground is pretty much nothing but snow, even under the trees. and I didn't put a path there because the only way the dirt would show through is if people go threw there a LOT, and if the orcs were trying to get through undetected do you think they would take a path that people use?

Edit: I spelt to instead of do in the last sentence

in thart case you could lower all the orcs to make them apear theyre wadeing through snow
