Someone Help me animate these

Err... no that's not it. You must add this matrix to the second geoset, the one with a long list of matrices. And since you have just added a new matrix using a new bone to this list, you'll have to add 1 to the value of the two numbers, not to add a new number.
Here is what the matrix list of the second geoset looks like:

Another thing: don't leave that empty line before the beginning of the geoset, it is a syntax error.

ok, i have done the matrice part. but when i have to copy the first geoset, there are no matrices in there. only in the second.

Which first geoset? What do you exactly want to do?

Is it the case? If you mean the first geoset of the drone, you're supposed to delete it once you've done the matrix part, only leaving the second geoset.
Now that you've done the matrix part, you must replace the drone's model geometry with the queen's one, by replacing everything in the drone model between "Vertices" and the "}" before the "Groups" section with the queen's corresponding part. Don't forget to adapt the queens size with the scale tool so she has the size the drone model had.

in your tutorial you said that i should copy and paste the geoset with the matrix and delete it. the matrix is the second geoset and you said i should delete the first geoset.

i tried to open the queen in vetrex modify to resize her, but i get a error:
run-time error'6';
overflow
and then he shuts down vertex modify. how do i fix it or how do i resize the queen in another way?

Well, that's unexpected... hmm, you'll need to open it in vertex modify in some stages of the modifications, can you send me the queen model so I see if there is not something wrong with it.

EDIT: you don't seem to like Bush either :)

i just used the queen that Ninja send.

no i dont like bush ^_^ i think he has made big mistakes. his biggest mistake was to go to war with irak. and as your sig says he never recognized them.

yes, they are from that game, or if they are not, then ninja is the wc3 best modeller in the world!
Becouse, in avp2 there are the same models, absolutly, i just wonder, how did he got them out of there?

if you played avp2 you will see, that they are just COPYS.

I haven't got the time cause Internet hasn't been working lately...
Someone used my Internet connection to spam and other stuff...
I got about 2000€ Bill... But still they are good models...
You didn't use your time for nothing cause I think Windrunner got some experiance as you too...
But 2000€ Is damn much money so...
