Then Go to run and type the following regsvr32 comdlg32.ocx. That should register the ocx and allow you to run the program. If it says its out dated then find one on the internet that isn't and do the same thing. There are alot of site where you can just download that file. Just go search yahoo for comdlg32.ocx.
