I just tested your map Sweet5...and I'm not sure I like it :P Yes i can be done, but damn, it looks STUPID. The archer RUNS tru the air, while the dragon flaps away beneath it :P hehe

I put the dragon riding into my rpg and it seriuously kicks ***

Teamed it up with a 3rd peron camera and keybaord movements and its really kool

well i coundnt stop the walking and i coudlnt make it into a spell i dunno if any of u out there can but u r welcome to try i maily want it to be a spell where the archer has ability call dragon then dragon come it mounts then hieght gose up to 190 then u lose ability call dragon and get abilty get off dragon. then when u get off u kill last created speical effect and lower height to 0 again but i cant do it u guys can try if u want

How im doing it is not a spell but could be mad einto one

Make a dummy unit thats fills the place of the unit you want to mount, only difernce is its a flyer and the hieght, switch them and put the original unit into a place where players cant see it. Then switch back to dismount

There isn't a real dragon-riding model for the black dragon. The Hipporider and the Hippo are 2 different models. 1 curious thing though, is that the rider (which is part of the model) on the hippo rider doesn't do anything either, if you look closely, you can see the hippo is spitting the arrow. Lay-zee blizzard.

Works, but the original is still better. She isn't flying...she is running in mid air... Not too cool. I'd say, let the dragon do the fighting for the hero, and he/she can lay back and have a fag :)

Hey all, srry for not replying earlier, but I have to say it: Great job!

But I have a little idea... if you use an unit that is already floating, you could attach the dragon on it... let's say a Banshee, Shade or a Sorceress.... they have no "walk" animation, thus making it more realistic. I havent tried this myself yet, cause Im here at school, but maybe one of you guys try it out. Maybe it works.

this Idea may cause total lagging on something like B.Net but it worked 4 me, u could create 2 units at the same flying height and trigger it like:

Events\Conditions...........Blah, Blah w\e

Actions: Move (rider) to position of (mount) instantly*

*use offset, towards facing of mount to move rider:bgrun: :D

just an idea.........
