I was a staff member too, you know. I was a supermod. Not that I lasted very long, anyways. I had such a lovely time editing Aquaticelf's story and changing pheonix's post. And the screwing up was my idea, glad you liked it. =).

And I never did anything at mf while I had supermod, mainly because i didnt have the power to (except doing those lovely post edits). Dorelian was the one who changed your title to "Resident Bitchass Whiner", and come to think of it, it was quite accurate.

Huh? hollowman gave me the channel pass, i set myself as the chan owner, he didnt care, then i just did a major change of channel staff and the corrupted IRCops of our former irc server choose to give the chan to hollowman. oh well...


And "I have logs to proove it" isn't a 100% real proof, since i can make you a log of me talking to a martian in notepad in 1 minute. ;P

Hollowman banned me because I told him he was immature because he spammed wc3c's IRC channel. Banning at his own will? Abuse of power? Childish? Yes.

Normally I would say "no comment" to a post like this, but this is really the kind of ignorace I have come to expect from a wc3mofo staff member. Excluding MicrosoftXP and rwxr-xr-x, I haven't seen a staff member there make anykind of intelligent or independent statement or action.

I rephrased part of your post so it looks decently intelligent and makes a bvit more sense.

If your talking to me about "The Darwin Awards" it was not ment to flame. There Anti-Stupidity Coalition made me think of the people who created the The Darwin Awards not the people who won the The Darwin Awards.

rifts between the community is never a good thing. I know next to nothing about ModForge, but I'm sure they have a biased opinion just like we do.

Zurg's project acted as a bridgeway between the two, and I guess wc3 campaigns decided to strategically destroy that bridge first. :(

I know for a fact that many of the people at modforge don't hate this site and in fact wanted to affiliate with it. It is only because of (apparently a majority if a vote enforced this rule) the staff here are being, or following, their fellow admins childish behavior, that this has not come to pass.

Also, in regards to the comment about `Skull, RagingDemon and `Dorelian not representing campaigns.. That is bullshit. You know exactly what they are doing and that they do it in the name of campaigns, yet you allow it. If you don't want their reputations on your shoulders, than kick them off the staff...

I think that if they were let go and other more mature staff took over, this site could become a much better place. I cannot speak on skull, but I know that RagingDemon and Dorelian are just assholes who go around trying to pick arguments.

How can campaigns support having such childish mods... Did you even read RagingDemon's posts??? He threatens continued hacking/disruption against Modforge and laughs at it.

I just wish that the indifferent admins and supermods here would realize the type of people they have around and kick them off the site.

To the members here, do you feel safe with your passwords, that are supposed to be confidential, in the hands of people like these. People who are willing to mass-prune forums if someone simply makes them mad or proves them wrong. I know it unnerves me.

I would like to hear other members thoughts and opinions on this. I would also appreciate it if some of the admins who have not spoke up yet commented on it.

Also to RagingDemon and Dorelian.. spare us your lies. You may be able to fool inanimate objects with your deceit, but those of us who can read and count and do other, "in your understanding, advanced tasks" do not want to hear any of your useless nattering.

So if he flamed skull, that should give them permission to mass-prune our forums, Hack the site, crack peoples passwords, screw with their accounts, comandeer the IRC channel, censor our site, ban projects that are hosted there, and create websites about what they call "wc3mofo" (if you don't understand.. it is Dorelian and Raging's clever pun on words by removing the --d--rge to create mofo.).

Hmm.. Well considering how kind and benevolent and non-flaming (*cough*) Dorelian and Raging are... they do have the right to be blatant hypocrites...

If the immature people (skull, Raging, Dorelian) were removed from the staff here, than I am sure it would be a much more tolerable place and that possibly our two sites could get along much better. Not everyone is as fanatic about this problem as they are and I am sure that many of the people at modforge do not hate campaigns and would not like to hack it/cause huge disturbances and in fact would just like to see us get along.

We know that it is not all your staff/members causing these problems. But by allowing the problem-makers to continue, does lay some responsibility on the rest of the staff for not stepping up.

This intolerable behavior will only continue unless you realize that getting rid of them would be a step forward, and would reduce this site's labeled "totalitarian" attitude to other sites. These individuals are trashing wc3c rep as a main modding site and people are realizing their immaturity. If you do care about the community and the modders in it, I do believe you would at least consider dropping them as an option.
