I have to say this really...you are turning "warcraft 4" back into warcraft 2 and are getting rid of all the important characters. This is a really stupid story if you ask me.

You think warcraft 4 would end up like that? Cmon. Arthas is the problem. He is like a god and all of a sudden they kill him and warcraft 2 comes back again. It's not going to be good.

Nothing forces you to stay in this thread. There are countless mods that I see stupid around there, so I don't follow them. You should try one day.

And no, I am not turning this into Warcraft II. Warcraft II was 'evil Orcs' and 'good humans'. In this campaign, you'll see that none of them are actually 'evil' factions because they each have reasons, necessity to go to war. They don't just go because they feel like busting a few skulls.
You'll see all the good and bad sides of each factions. And what do you mean its not going to be good? I think the sentence you're looking for is:I am not going to like it, because I don't like your storyline.. By seeing the number of replies in this thread after such a short time, then I do believe that quite a few people like it.

aaa - The skin is going to go through some texture edits. That is what Jester came up with, and I might tweak a few things here and there. And it's really not that bulky in-game.

Ner'Zhul's spirit entered Arthas' body at the end of TFT...

well why wouldn't ner'zuls spirit disembody arthas when he got killed

Because... Ner'Zhul's spirit did not disembody itself at first. He was disembodied by Kil'Jaeden after he tried escaping through one of his portals by the end of Beyond the Dark Portal. It's all in the Reign of Chaos manual. So Ner'Zhul can't just disembody himself of whichever body he wants.

Come to think of it, the lich king can't just die :\ he's not someking of a grunt or a footman he is The Lich King, i think that he should be somwhere in your campaign. Like in the end you should kill him or something.

If the Lich King can't die. Then why would Kil'Jaeden bother sending Illidan to destroy the Lich King during TFT?
I mean if Kil'Jaeden told Illidan to go and kill him, then the Lich King must be able to die.

Yes, BUT the lich king was in that throne :) so he coulden't protect himself but now he is in the arthas's body and that means that he is more powerfull ^_^ anyway, you can just forget about that

If anybody here as read the novel Magician by Raymond E. Feist, then you'll notice that it is heavily influenced from there.
The Horde has gone back to its old Demonic ways and plans to invade Azeroth since Durotar is becoming low on resources and the Centaurs press them harder and harder everyday. However, when they decide to invade. The Outlanders got there before them through the Dark Portal and have launched an invasion of Azeroth to get their revenge on the Azeroth races. And on top of all that. The King of Azeroth has become mad. There are Human lords plotting to take the crown, the kingdom of Stormwind is on the brink of civil war. And Lordaeron refuses to have anything to do with Azeroth any longer.
Therefore, Azeroth is divided into many different small factions, they are isolated, and to top it all, invaded by both the Horde and the Outlanders are the same time.
But the Horde is also in an uneasy position. Because of the Outlanders, the invasion is being slowed down and rather unsuccessful. Which obviously puts the the Warchief in a bad position since some other Chieftains may attempts to overthrow him.
As for the Outlanders, they invaded Azeroth and were being very successful. But then the Warleader(general) of the Outlanders understands that this war would only destroy her race. So she is torn between loyalty to their king and wisdom for their survival.

This is the basic main plot.
If anybody can manage to fit the Lich King in there without messing up the whole current plot that can be read above. Then I may consider adding him.
Since it seems that people can't survive without him...

well why not make him the one that corupts the orcs so they begin to fight again

Reason:becasue then the scourge would have more recruit for ever passing day

I thought of it, and its a possibility. BUT keep in mind, that even if I do add him, then there still will ONLY be 3 factions. That means no Scourge faction. That is because otherwise it would mess up all the balancing system. And the Lich King will be an NPC, otherwise he would be way to overpowered.
