Who would participate in Another Cinematic contest?

Good we've only just finished writing the script and doing the cameras for scene 1 and scene 2, just started on scene 3 - got 7 scenes more to go...then there's triggers, dialog, edditing the sound for the dialog, getting all the timings perfect....So alot of work to do, the more time given the better.

I won't be entering mine. I only finished three scenes over the last month and I have been so busy. So I am dropping out. Sorry.

Can we start this back up, or is it still going or... Well some one tell me about this...

Because if this is a failure I can start up a new thread with a new Contest, hopefully ppl will join. I will supply us with forum hosting at my website. And anything else that would be good for this type of cinimatic to become a success.

Contests rarely work. This one is dead. People are lazy and everything takes longer with a computer than what is first estimated. I know this from experience. The only reason the contest that DaemonKillar did about a year and a half ago worked is because there were fortunately 3 people who wanted to put forth the effort to make a cinematic quickly and the deadline was pushed back for months. Modding/mapping contests dont work, period.

Well the one over at The Mappers Guild is going well, I just could not get into this one. It just didn't work for me.

yeah.... nothings happened there yet, i haven't started my entry for that. I figured i wouldn't say anything and i could just drop out :) Anyway, if anyone *such as zurg* has some terrain he wants worked on and feels okay with what i do. Please give me work!
