SpellEditor release DONE! (adds new spells)

I've tried redownloading the SpellEditor about 10 times already. and everytime i try and open he ability.slk file (note: both spelleditor and ability.slk are in the same WarcraftIII Folder) i get an error message just as the file is loadingemote_confused

I downloaded from the newer link... but it still comes up with an error when i open my abilities.slk making meclose it
