but anyways, I wasnt doing much so i wrote out a nice opening cinematic. Theres no talking it just mostly music and it shows you the story through scenes. Now this is another idea too, we could have a voice over part to sorta introduce the history of the trolls or at least our tribe to get the player into the story. I'll start typing out the "script" and PM it everyone.

Sen'jin, what's happening to you? You are the idea guy, and I have come up with more ideas than you? Please get moving, cuz I know that you are a lot better than any other person at making up unit ideas! Thank you.

ok heres a troll medium unit:

Name: Savage Hunter
Misc: none really
Notes: a medium or heavy unit with a rather large bloodlust, has fast attack speed, low defence, adove average hit points, fast movement and fast regeneration
Abilities:
Canibalize: (or whatever that thing ghouls have is called(not sure if it should need an upgrade or not) you all know what this does.
Frenzy: (like the thing that pig which the beastmaster summons has(i think this should need an upgrade as its a rather powerful spell) you know what this does.

you see, i don't have any real inspiration so all i can make are these crap units:(

Thats not too bad of an idea. Isnt frenzy just blood lust though with a differnt name?

Sorry I havent been on for awhile I have been sick or realy busy but I have some free time again so I'll write the opening cenimatic I was talking about and I'll PM it to everyone on the team and you can reply with your thoughts.

Can't you just post some of your old ideas? I remember that you posted enough troll unit ideas for several troll factions in that "What units would you like to see in the expansion" thread. Do you remember that one? I remember the Serpent Rider, and that you also came up with the Crypt Lord before Blizzard even revealed it.

I sent the opening cinematic idea to Sen'jin, Sypher, and KoN. I didnt know who else to send it to but if you need a copy just PM and I'll send you one.

I think we should start from the bottom and work our way to the top. We should decide what we will use for the worker then go to teir 1 melee then a ranged unit. Just an idea but if we all focus on the same thing bmaybe we could get it done faster.

I think we should work on our story, its nearly complete and if we finalized it we could branch off of that with units, and mission ideas and stuff like that.

If you want to know who the team members are, I made a list a few pages back.

worker units yah' say eh?, not too good about those but i could try, heres a few possibilities:

Name: Slave
Misc: don't know how the hell we could make this unit, but i have a few possible ways i can think of: skin of the messager night elf(giving it light skin and stuff), using shandris/sylvanus night/high archer by maybe removing bow or making it look like a tool or something and making their cloak look more like a old rag(i'd prefer to use shandris or sylvanus here), or (the easiest) just re skinning the sorceress(the reason i say this is the easiest is that shes got no weapons and therefore only needs a reskin)
Notes: a female blood/high elven worker unit taken as prisoner by the trolls so they have something to eat, someone to boss around and whip alot and someone to work for them(some of you mite say that this would be a stupid idea since it requires an explenation for them being there and that it should be a troll and other stuff, therefore i mite aswell say my responce to that now, elves and trolls been much war at each other and therefore they most likely captured slaves or atleast the trolls did, the elves probably didn't).
Abilities:
build structure(of course :/ ) : either orcish or human build ability= either one man build or groub building.
Repair(....what a surprise) : not gonna say anything..

suggestion 2:

heres 50/50 workers=think acolyte ghoul

Name: Miner
Name: Lumberjack

Misc: a goblin miner, what else is there to say?, mines gold, can build 1 or 2 special structures(like the ulimate units structure and maybe a thing similar to blacksmith or workshop).
Misc: a troll Lumberjack?, chops wood, builds structures?, in 1st lvl's before meeting the goblins this unit also does the gold mining.

Notes: hmm..

Abilities: maybe, Advanced Structure Building(thinking something similar to SC or W2 ability by same name)
Repair: sigh...
Tunneling: can get from one mine to another on the map for an amought of gold and lumber(very evil ability ://// , think this will need a tier 3 upgrade to use) .

And you tell me you are not good at making unit ideas at request? These are very good! Maybe the slave should possibly be Gnoll or another race, dunno.
