Seems if you put in a comma followed by any character ",s" for example.. It will blank out anything that it's supposed to be in-game. This only works for text fields. For example, on a hero where it says "Strength" followed by the integer that is the hero's strength... Both fields will be gone. Just by putting ",s" in the Strength field. You can blank out the damage a hero deals, all of the attributes, the amount of armor the hero has, the "Status" text, and all that stuff to make an entirely blank interface with nothing but 3 icons. Further testing things out... (cause I was bored), it seems that the values for the character's str/agi/int can be dropped to lower lines simply by putting a |N after the text "Strength" in the Strength field. (The third/last field of Strength) I dunno what uses this can have, but it can have a few I guess. |

It's a Blizzard bug... they seem to think their armor systems are satisfactory to everyone (or something). You CAN try finding work arounds (e.g |n to do all those needs for you). Just work around it. Happens to everything in those Gameplay Constants/Interface things. |

You can bypass the comma bug by creating a comma look-alike. Simply hold down the alt key and press 0130 on your number pad to create the fake comma. The comma and fake comma are virtually indistinguishable. The fake comma is actually the single low-9 quotation mark. |

What do you mean lower lines with |N? Btw cool find with the fake comma lol. |

If you're on Mac, the fake comma is Opt + Shift + 0, or it is on the laptops anyway. (Only works with the 0 in the number row at the top, as you may have probably guessed.) I never realised fake commas existed, though. *takes notes* |

Nice find, I think this could be useful... Somehow. :P |

Nice find. This is something for all those who ever used heroes for the convenience of being able to revive them, but having no need for hero attributes; now they can be blanked out, though I imagine we could do that with an appropriate colour code as well (something that matches the background) even if we didn't know about this bug. |

Would this cover up the dreaded "100%" in the upkeep advanced tooltip? Someone test is and see if it does. |

EDITED: The map I tested shows that it does not. Here's the map- comma test.w3x - |

You changed a field that doesn't really have a visual... |

By setting the "Hero Attributes" (don't know the exact words in the english version, what i mean is the headline of the tooltip at the stats-icon) to ",s", the tooltip won't show up. Not an empty tooltip, it's totaly gone. Thats something really cool i really need. Figuered it out because of this thread, so thanks :) |
