I am trying to create a custom UI, but I keep having the same problem. When I import it and test it, I just get a area of black, where the UI part should be. I have tried it a lot of times now, but I cant find why its doing it. Please can someone help me. =) |

This can be due to various reasons. For the sake of example:

Thanks for the reply, I looked at the alpha channels again and realised it was them. It's fixed now. Thanks. +rep |

Got basically the same problem, but only with my Tile04. I did, like, everything possible, I have not at all done anything different than with Tile01-Tile03, but it does not work. Are there any special things with Tile04? Like, conversion problems? |

I know this thread's moderately old, but I thought I'd post here anyway. Everyone seems to suffer the same problem with Tile04 just not showing up when you import it, you know you have the right path because it hid the original tile, you've varified that the alpha channel is correct, but you just can't get it to work. Well, the solution is simple. Use Magos' War3 Model Editor to convert to BLP. All of the other converters seem to fail. This solution has proven itself to me multiple times during a GUI crisis. |
