Corrupt model, need help fixing (files included)

Okay this is pretty much my first model, which is an edit of the MalFurion model.
It crashes the game, and doesn't show correctly in WE.
(It is actually 2 models, the unit and its portrait)

It was made with Magos' editor. I removed a couple of geosets, and made a new sequence (See below).
For the portrait, I added a background from the original portrait, using a tutorial which came with the program (hero glow) and added a new camera.

Anyway, the sequence.
It is a exact copy of Walk, except it has 0 movespeed.
I named it Spell Channel for now, as I want it to be shown during a sliding trigger (i.ei the unit is moved X units every X seconds).
There's some problems though:
In WE, in the preview, it shows as an unanimated model, but with dust and spell particles. Obviously I haven't seen it ingame cause it crashes.

This is what info I can provide. I don't know if the sequence caused it, so that's why I'm asking.

To sum it up:
I need help making the model NOT crash the game. And I need the sequence to work.

PS: Unless the problem is simple enough for me to solve (I hope you can explain) I have another model with the same sequence (copy of walk) that will need fixing.
