making dark ritual or death pact work on living

Ive been trying to make a custom ability, and i just really dont wanna have to label the units i have in mind for sacrificing as (undead), is there any way to fix this???

It doesn't work and never will, it's built into the spell. Trigger the entire spell, it's the only way.
