I have a map that I'm helping a friend with, and I added a trigger using the JassHelper syntax, and then I noticed that when I save the map, the vJASS isn't being preprocessed, and the syntax checker never runs. For some reason, these things work on an earlier version of the map, and I don't know of any major changes that would have taken place in between the two versions. Any idea what is causing this or how to fix it? Thanks. |

Are you running NewGen WE? Is vJASS enabled? Try resaving. Sometimes the preprocessor doesn't run I've found (generally when I alt-tab away). |

I'm running NewGen WE 5a, but the same thing happened with the 4c version, vJASS is enabled, I've tried toggling it on and off, and that didn't help. I can also use the Window menu to switch to the earlier version, and then it runs fine for that one, so it seems to me like the map itself that is causing a problem. |

Apparently the map has the same problem on my friend's computer, so it definitely seems to be the map itself causing the problem. Any idea what could have happened? |
