[Help] Getting used to and learning with Bamboo

Yeah, I've been using tablets for a while now and I was advised to get the Bamboo Fun.

I got the apparently medium (advertised as large, well it is in comparison to small) sized tablet and it's working fine for me.

I just have a few quick questions about the tablet and using it.

1. Anyone know any great tutorials on drawing?
2. Any tips on how to practice drawing?
3. What's a good way to keep skills up without consuming endless amounts of time and energy (I still have school 'n' stuff to deal with)?

And I may have more questions along the way... I apologize if this is the wrong section. If so, it'd be nice if the thread could be moved.
