Spell Edting

What is spell editing ??

Is it changing the names and mdx ??
The reason i ask is because i see a lot of people saying they cant spell edit !!!

So i have this simple question, WHAT IS SPELL EDITING ??

Spell editting is a process that allows you to edit a spells: art, description, damage, effects, mana cost, etc.
