DK Spellbreaker

another just-for-fun skin started on it this morning. yes, it's another death knight :P

Chest seems weird to me for some reason. Like it doesn't match the rest of the skin somehow.

I like how its nice and simple with bright, defined colors.

The team color confuses me.

You should start working as some custom modeler's texture slave. :P

Only if said modeler is ready to improve his work, not give up on something just because it doesn't look good off the bat, and take comments with a grain of salt. :P Oh, and if some custom modeler needs things to do, there's never a shortage of random mapmakers that could use the help.

I think the problem with this skin isn't the methods used, but what is being textured. It all seems too random.

I like the idea with the runes on the shield (are the three different colors for the runes inspired by the deathknight runes in WotLK? ;9 ), but sadly as it is now, it looks out of place :\

Otherwise, I think the only thing you could improve are the eye's glow. It isn't that glowy, imo. <,<' Still, good job!

yeah i know, i always liked that skin, it actually inspired me to do this one.
thats why i posted this here, rather than in the pack thread or the gallery :P


yep, i copied them as best i could from the 3 WotLK runes from screenies on WoWWiki, so thats why they look that way. but yeah, they do look a bit wierd, bears working on i reckon.

It looks a little random. :P

I think the chest could have the shadows a bit more darker but it might just be my monitor.
