hi, i need help understanding this. when you save things in the world editor it clears out all the custom spells you have put in there, right? and i seem to remember that the same thing is true for custom music files, cause you're supposed to add them last... so if saving your final version messes up these things, how do you ever use the final version of the map, or upload it to map sites? awaiting an obvious and simple answer, fr0ggE :ggani: |

ok, you can run test map out of the World Editor, but when you open Warcraft normally and then load a map it loads it from the last save, right? am i missing something here? fr0ggE |

We suggest not using Test version if you have many complicated triggers due to many bugs in that Feature. I use it for some stuff but usually load my map in warcraft III instead. Hope that Helps DKSlayer |

ok so this gets back to my original question: If you are running from your last saved version of the map when you load it up in War3 (i.e. Battlenet to share it with people) and any saving that you do clears new spells and custom music, then how do you get your custom music and spells to work? (cause they would have to get cleared by the save before you can load it?) Now do people get my question. fr0ggE |

.... You put the files in last, you save the map close it, then add the files.... That's what he was telling you. |
