Gamecache questions

Excluding the use I2H (integer typecasted onto a handle), is gamecache safe to use? If not can you please post what other things make the gamecache unsafe. Thanks!

GC is totally safe. There is no problem with GC usage (well, except to do with the limit of 256 GCs, but that's not a big one).
