Its been ages since i've posted anything under my older wc3campaigns name and i havn't had much to show since i stoped working with griffen but heres a fancy screenshot of a base i did for a gwydia little game,

Looks good, but that river needs some love. It hardly looks like a river (where's the water?), and thus there would be no need for that bridge, since honestly it looks like a couple of large puddles right now.

progress i sincerly apolgise for renewing a dieing thread but i need some terrain love anyhow a unfinished yet fancy terrain incling 3.2k doodads unfournatly

You need more fillers, there is too much empty space. I'd say stay away from the trees your using right now. Your structures look pretty good just need some fine polishing, your environment is a lacking big time. I would also suggest adding more doodads to the inside of your little city to make it look more active.

Also looking at your first pick I would probably suggest a different doodad to stretch besides wall end. You have high resolution doodads sitting on top of a low resolution object and it's clashing. I believe the same effect is happening to the walls you have also. I suggest to try layering. It might increase the amount of doodads you use but it will look a whole lot better. Either that or find a custom model of some type of city tower that looks appealing to you.
