Well, this is just a little model I just made, it's simply a crystal lamp, which is Team Colored. No custom textures as usual. But since the doodad editor doesn't allow you to change the team color of a model it comes with different variations for you to use. So you can download the Team Colored one or the zip with all the variations if you wish. They all come with a death animation which is simply the turned off lamp. You can do whatever you want to the models as long as you give credit. Enjoy! |

You can change the Team color of a destructible. Just change 'Art - Replaceable ID' (or something like that) to 1, and then 'Art - Replaceable Texture' to ReplaceableTextures\TeamColor\TeamColor00.blp . According to one of the thingies in the Tools Section, the TeamColor ranges from 00 to 15, with 12 to 15 being the same color. Still, this is going to come in handy in a number of maps. |

That's for destructibles, and I don't think it would be a good idea to make it a destructible. |

You forgot to say it's my idea? |

You can make this into a destructible, though I noticed that the fog is red no matter what TC it's set to. Just base it off of the Ruins Naga Circle when you do (be sure to change the pathing and shadows accordingly). The other option is to base it off of the Farm, or some other Neutral structure, and - again - change the pathing and shadows to fit. I still think that this will find uses in a lot of projects (finally! switches for a Gym!). |

Do the colored versions have colored light emitters to go with em? That'd be awesome. |

Well... technically yes. It has a billoboarded glow and a white particle, but the white particle is so low in opacity that it makes it seem as if it were of the color of the crystal. |

You know, I'm going to say the same thing I said last time you made something like this: make a version with no crystal but an attachment point instead so we can attach other cool things to the pedestal. Aside from that: a lovely model! |

I think erwtenpeller talk about a real light emitter. A billboard glow is just a colored plan, the light emitter light up things around. |

Well, I am new here how do we make it work? Where do I put these files in? Put a Readme file in the achive could be a good idea. |

They don't need any specific path. That's the reason there's no information about that. Import them with any path just end it with mdx. |

You tell me that I just have to import that file with Import Manager at World Editor? |
