Shark-ified Naga thingy

I was really hoping i could come back here swinging an almighty tablet, but since I need a job to get one, i´ll have to keep working with a lowsy mouse.

Aaaaanyway, here´s a remake of a really old skin i didn´t showed anywhere because it was crap (which is not really a bad thing, at least i improved a little :P). The body is kinda monotone in colors in my opinion, but what the heck.
The handle and those things hanging from his head are TC.

Suggestions for improvement are appreciated.



My monitor work really bad, so the skin is probably a lot brighter than it should be :\

It really does look pretty wicked, but you hit the nail on the head with the monotone color thing. It really needs another color to give it some variation, even a whiter chest area (Like a great white shark) would be pretty awesome. I totally dig the slick look on the back and fin area, it's really well done.

I fandangling love that face. I agree it's a bit monotone in places, can't think of anything much to add... maybe a sash or some jewellery or something? in any case, this sounds like a job for Duskman.

Yeah, i really wanted to make some armor for him, but his body jiggles so much it deforms everything you draw there. I´ll thing of something to fix that though, don´t you worry :)

Also, the face was slightly inspired by THE_END´s DK Naga, so yeah... thank him for the idea :P

Looks nice! but it looks somewhat icy, perhaps you are right about the monitor thing.

It might look better with a dark blue back and whitish front. No shark has that design but it adds a certain difference in colour.

Yeah, that seems to be the problem. I´ll darken the whole skin for the next WIP then. And i´ll make the stomach a bit brighter too.

Maybe some kind of pattern on the skin. Like, slightly faded stripes on the back. That sounds really stupid when I say it, but you get the idea.

Holy-cow Amazing. If you didn't post this skins because it wasn't "good enough", I think you're other works would cause heart attacks.

Texturing with a mouse is what real men do :P And the skin is lovely. Very lovely.

If you did this with a mouse, then holy crap, what can you do with a tablet!
Anyway, I like it a lot. It's interesting, well made and never done before.

The thing that what you do with a mouse you can do better with a tablet I believe to be wrong. You can just do it faster.

Fucking awesome, but as dusk said, needs a tiny bit of color variation. Never seen a fluorescent light blue shark.

The icon deserves special credit btw, its fucking AWESOME.
