Model Error - Evil/Easter Bunny

So, I exported the evil bunny and easter bunny from the TFT scenario map. I took the model, the skin, and the portrait for each. I even took the buttons. Well, when I first closed/reopened the map it worked fine... I tried to run it and suddenly the models stopped working and now I can't get it to work again!!! I need some help, has anyone had a similar problem?

I have the model/skin in the "war3mapImported" directory while the portrait is not in a directory... Anyone know a solution?

humm there is no tips, if it doesn't work, that means that there is a problem about path or files.
So, first, check it with a model editor and reimport it.
