Spell tutorial Copyright issues

I want to do a tutorial on how to make a Stomp Spell [Blade.dk was the author of the original one that uses jass] using vJass, I was wondering who would I ask for permission to do so, since I am just extending the tutorial by making a tut that ports his spell to vJass.

If you give credits, there's no problem. Actually I think it's a good idea to improve this tutorial to vJASS.
