Selective Waygate transport

Is it possible for a waygate to only transport certain units? eg.. only one team can use it but not another team?

What you could try is this:
Event: Player X (that you don't want to use WG) issues an order targetting a unit.
Condition: WG X eqaul to Targ. Unit of IO
Action: Order (Ordered Unit) to Hold Position
Game Text: You can't use this Waygate son!
