Targets Water?

Hey, I'm making a spell and want it to only be castabl on water, but not on lantd. How do I achive this?

Short: Trigger it.

Long: Make a spell that atrget ground, and with triggers, you check if the targeted ground is actually under water. Then you do your stuff.
