HI guys. I made some research and I came up with a nice solution for one of the systems I am making. However, I need something crucial, and I don't know how to do it: Can some one please indicate and teach me a tool, or way, to convert an image file (TGA, BMP, BLP, JPG, etc) into an mdx file ? Please this is od crucial importance, I will give +rep and credit if some one helps me solve this critic problem =S |

Do you mean take a 2d image, like a picture of batman, and convert it to a 3d model of batman? If so, then what you are asking is impossible. |

Maybe he's asking for loading screen mdx or something? |

He said he's working on a system, don't think that could have anything to do with loading screens. Flame_Phoenix, your question is incredibly vague and suggests you're trying to do something that is not possible, since I find that hard to believe my response is that you need to explain better what you're trying to accomplish. |

What he really wants is a flat destructable model with replaceable textures. |

If he dont wants what Here-b-Trollz said. I would like to know how to do that. Is there an easy way to do that? Found this perfect tutorial http://www.wc3campaigns.net/showthread.php?t=81637 |

Well, kind of. I give an example. Let's focus on the wisp icon. What I want, is an mdx file of that icon, that's all =P Is there a way of doing it ? |

I won't pretend to be a genius about this stuff but an mdx file is a *model*, an icon is a *texture*. You can see why the conversion wouldn't really work. Why is it crucial that it be an mdx file? |

You want a flat plane model using that texture? Why can't you use image natives? |
