BoNe	512x512: Dirt2c.blp, LordaeronSkyWrap.blp, megaWrap512.blp. 512x256: FountainOfLife.blp, HeroTaurenChieftan.blp, Knight.blp, KodoBeat.blp, Sentinel.blp, WarcraftIII-logo-alpha.blp, WyvernRider.blp. EDIT: All of these are Textures/blah.blp in case you are wondering.

Rao Dao Zao	megaWrap512 for one of the skyboxes is the biggest I know of, though I think some of the 3D glue screen ground textures might be up to 1024.
