So I've searched threw the forum and found that blight just rampages threw terrain (in game), so you have an editor looking totally different then the actually end result in game play. If it wasn't for my terrain using extensive amounts of blight, and intermixed tile sets, I would have used dispel(suggested) to uncover certain parts. I also tried to use UMS to make all tiles unbuildable, as someone said that blight doesn't effect unbuildable tiles, but it did nothing in game (to the pre-placed tiles at least). I think I found a solution but I need help; I was thinking if I took the "texture" / "skin" or w/e the tile set .blp is called, and then apply it to a tile set like grassy dirt village fall (thus making wc3 not view it as blight, but just another texture), then my problem would be resolved. Although I also need to know the best way to turn the trees on the fake blight tile set into blighted trees. I'm assuming I'll need to make a counterpart destructible with the same stats but just have it use blighted tree models. So I was also wondering where I may find the blighted ashenvel canopy and ashenvel normal trees. I appreciate the help. Overview: -I need the blight texture, I'm pretty sure I can find how to import it threw one of the tutorials here. -And I need blighted Ashen trees + blight canopy ashen trees. Thanks ~Shougun |

Blight looks different depending on the background terrain. There are: TerrainArt\Blight\Ashen_Blight.blp TerrainArt\Blight\Barrens_Blight.blp TerrainArt\Blight\Cave_Blight.blp TerrainArt\Blight\Felwood_Blight.blp TerrainArt\Blight\G_Blight.blp TerrainArt\Blight\Lordf_Blight.blp TerrainArt\Blight\Lords_Blight.blp TerrainArt\Blight\Lordw_Blight.blp TerrainArt\Blight\North_Blight.blp TerrainArt\Blight\Village_Blight.blp TerrainArt\Blight\VillageFall_Blight.blp Which one do you want? You can easily get them yourself using a MPQ Browser. Blighted trees are probably somewhere in the destructable model list. The skins for the blighted trees are under ReplaceableTextures\[Tileset]Tree\[Tileset]TreeBlight.blp anyway. |

Thanks, I'll go look. I just searched for a MPQ browser I think I can use it. |
