Maurice Wright heard the familliar sound of the postman's motorcycle. The aged man stumbled to his feet and took in the daily mail. Most of the letters were nothing special, schedules for his talk show from his producer and endless amounts of fanmail.
Maurice had earned himself a living in the media industry since he was in his early 30's, first a small role actor, then a full time comedian and now an aged talk show host of 55.

The old man lugged the letters in his arms back into his mansion, where he would read them. Maurice entered his lavishly decorated study and seated himself at a darkbrown teakwood desk made from solid trunks straight from Thailand and costing at least $9000. He drew a creamy coloured letter opener from a drawer (Made from Ivory straight from Africa) and started his letter reading routine.

Maurice's study was a work of art in itself hundreds of rare books and assorted collectibles, among them the heads of rare and sometimes extinct animals. Next to the desk was a the armour of Knight, proped up and wielding a razor-sharp longsword and polished once a week by his many servants.

He began reading throught the piles of letters and found one with a rather strange title, It simply read "Sometimes it pays to be Silent". As Maurice opened the letter and a strange white dust was kicked up by the air in the room. Mauriced inhaled some of it and coughed loudly.

2 hours later,
Kadim, one of the many servants in the house arrived to check on his employer. The young man of Middle Eastern descent reached out and gently knocked at the door, no response.
He carefully placed his ear on the wooden door and listened, nothing.
Kadim backed up and rammed the locked door with all his strength, it flung open to reveal a horrific scene.
There was Maurice Wright motionless and impaled on the kinght's sword.
